Summary
Ear Games is a fully offline ear training app. There are no accounts and we run no servers — we collect no personal information at all. Your progress lives on your device, and your skill rating can optionally follow you to a new device through your own iCloud account. We show no ads, use no analytics or tracking SDKs, and never sell your data (we never have it in the first place).
Data stored on your device
Your settings, drill scores, streaks, and practice history are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed if you delete the app.
iCloud (optional)
If your device is signed into iCloud, your skill rating is backed up to your personal iCloud storage so it can be restored on a new device. This data goes only to Apple's iCloud under your own Apple ID — we cannot see or access it. If you are not signed into iCloud, everything simply stays on the device.
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or any advertising identifiers.
Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time — tap Restore Purchases in Settings → Sound Libraries.
Service providers
Apple processes payments and hosts the optional iCloud backup described above. No other party is involved, and no data is ever sent to us.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. You can also wipe your progress at any time from Settings → Reset Progress inside the app. The iCloud copy of your skill rating lives in your own iCloud account and can be cleared by resetting progress before deleting the app.
Children & all ages
Ear Games is suitable for all ages. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and collects no personal information from anyone — adult or child. Purchases go through Apple's App Store, which handles parental controls such as Ask to Buy.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new effective date.
